  • The administrator has the ability, but not the requirement, to review all Employers and their corresponding Job Listing to ensure that jobs are properly represented and that no wrong doing is going on.

MANAGING JOB SEEKER

  • The administrator has the ability, but not the requirement, to review all Job Seekers and their corresponding Resume to ensure that resumes are properly represented and that no wrong doing is going on.

AUTOMATION

  • Nightly email notices are automatically triggered and processed by our servers to deliver notifications of expiring jobs, resumes, and profiles to corresponding Employers and Job Seekers.

INSIGHT

  • The Administrator will surely value the live indicators that focus on providing system insight and logical demographic breakdowns that provide key regional workforce job trends.

REPORTS

  • Majority of reports allow for extensive criteria selections to provide plenty of options for filtering data by date posted, expiration date, Employer, Keyword, Salary, Quality Rating, and much more.
  • Job Seekers report will provide a listing of Job Seekers that have registered on the site.
  • Resume reports will provide detail of Job Seekers resume postings delivered in a nicely formatted view for administrators to review.
  • Job Search report provides informative insight about what keywords and search criteria are being used by Job Seekers to look for jobs, which can be used to better target employers job postings.
  • Job Report provides a detailed listing of jobs posted.
  • Employer reports provides nicely formatted detail of employers registered on the site.
